Financial technology startup finalists set to meet in Wichita for NXTSTAGE final challenge

Eight financial startups compete for funds and visibility during the NXTSTAGE Financial Technology Pilot Competition and its 2023 Innovation Showcase event in October in Wichita.

Eight startups from across the U.S., including one from Kansas City, are heading to Wichita in October to compete in the NXTSTAGE financial technology pilot competition organized by the Wichita-based entrepreneurial organization NXTUS Inc.

Eight startups were selected to advance from more than 100 competitors that came from 22 states and 11 countries. 

The startups offer next-generation solutions to help regional banks, credit unions and financial service institutions improve services and protect information. The finalists focus on identity verification, digital tools for customers, links to small business clients’ financial information and expanding services to rural and urban underserved segments of the community.
